I don't understand how this business is still open with such terrible customer service !!! We are not demanding and we don't like to leave bad reviews, but this hotel was by far the worst we have experienced so far !!! The rooms smell like MOLD and are very DIRTY They offer breakfast, but it can't even be called a continental breakfast… They offer a playpen, but it's the same lie as the breakfast!!! The staff is so UNPLEASANT A woman with braces treated us so rudely when asked for an explanation… When I asked her why her attitude was so aggressive, she said she was matching my energies... speechless We love to travel on weekends with our 12 years old and 11 months old kids but I promise you ,this hotel doesn’t match the needs for any type of traveler !

"The general manager is a liar, he was also quite rude when I calmly and politely told him I could not stay with my child"

Nothing…. It was in full blown construction and had to leave the moment with got there! Then the general manager who confirmed that I would not be charged, ended up charging me a cancellation fee!

CONSTRUCTION ZONE! Check the photos! I wish I could upload more. The whole place was a danger to my family and I could not believe they didn’t tell us before we arrived, nor did they have it posted online where I booked the stay!

Drove 4.5 hours with my special needs son to find out my reservation was cancelled. Desk clerk said Booking.com was notified on March 30th to cancel all rooms for this date due to construction at hotel. Never received any kind of notice from Booking. Left me scrambling to find last minute hotel.

The hotel is located at a perfect spot if you have to deal with any type of work on Dahlgren.

Air-conditioning would blow the curtains open, the vending machine was out in the lobby and the toilet seat was wrong. There was an oval seat on a round toilet. Not a huge deal but awkward.
