Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Dahlgren-King George, VA

My stay here has been great! I wish they had double beds for the suites, but the king bed did its job. Staff were very pleasant.

Old and really needs an update. Breakfast was a joke, basic food. Room key never worked, up and down the stairs to get it reprogrammed several times. Was there for a wedding and would never stay there again.

Great location, for traveling back and forth to and from the conference.

No stairs to climb or elevator🙌🏿. I ask to have my room closer to the exits and it was granted with no problem. Thanks to your staff!🙏🏿❤️

Staff is very nice, place is clean from what i cans see, great breakfast, nice size room for the price

place need a lot of maintenance, changed room as soon a I got there due to burn marks on carpets and next room was no different, musty smell, pool don’t work, fireplace outdoors don’t work

My daughter left her tablet in our room under the pillows well she didnt tell us till about 8 hours later after we were home that she left it there, and when i called the hotel and told them they said no one found it and no turned anything in, room service cleaned out room shortly after we checked out, because they were cleaning the room next to ours when we left.

I stayed for 3 days and the room and staff was wonderful

On my last day of my stay the front office staff was very rude and disrespectful. The District manager personally called me to apologize for the situation.

Omg breakfast was great and I love that we could either eat in the dining area or in our room or outside it was plenty of food rooms are very big love the bed said we will book here again next year when we go to the beach

When we got there and realized the pool was not open I was very disappointed because that was the reason why I booked it because the price was great it came with breakfast and it had a pool I wish they had to put on the website that they were under construction and pool would not be ready rather than that our state was excellent

I had a power outage hit my apartment due to a fallen tree branch. Decided to pack a bag and stay in a hotel, just in case power restoration took longer than expected. Came to the hotel and checked in at the desk. Things seemed fine at first. Did take a bit to get used to the HVAC. It was a bit loud, and it did take some adjustment to the airflow, attempting to give me a head cold in my sleep. During my stay, I did have work to do for the office. The hotel is fully WiFi-enabled. Unfortunately, I had to step down the security on my laptop to connect, and then reenable the security. Found out the WiFi is set to Open, which means no security/encryption is protecting your connection from cyberattackers. I was able to get some things addressed about my room, like the broken desk phone. Other items I noticed, however, were associated with the renovations still underway. Overall, it's a nice place to stay. I'm hoping the renovation project is still on time, within budget, and successful overall. I'd like to see the finished results of the project and hope it won't damage my experiences with Country Inn & Suites in general. I would recommend to others: (1) Be sure you have VPN services for your devices when you use the Wi-Fi. (2) If something seems out of the ordinary, ask the staff.
