The pool was closed Breakfast was later on the weekend, I worked need it at the same time as during the week

It's been a good experience overall. Rooms are nice and beds are comfortable.

Good location

The pool was closed, when we booked never said it was closed. Did not know until we arrived. There was an obvious leak in bathroom ceiling, a poor patch. The caulk around the toilet was horrible. Pillows were too small and no blanket for pullout bed. Breakfast was subparwell as

The stay started off rough with our first room having a terrible Oder. The front desk staff was nice and moved our room. The second room had broken furniture and still had a unpleasant smell.

Very friendly staff, room was spacious and clean and quiet, great price for a big suite.

The manager was absolutely terrible. None of the key cards would open our door so a manual key was needed. The night after a long day, the key card reader quit working and the manager (in Baltimore) told the front desk to put us in another room without our things. We were told he’d be there by 7am the next morning. He was not. We had to wait 2.5 hours for him to drive from his house to let us in our room so we could get our things and go home. All of this could’ve been avoided had they placed us in a different room as soon as the key reader quit working the FIRST time. Staff was wonderful, manager was the worst.

Out of date!! You could hear noises form the hallway like someone was standing right next to you.No note about the pool being renovated on web site.Room not very clean. Stayed one night had to leave for an emergency was told was going to get a refund nope charged me for what would have been my whole stay. Never will I nor my family be staying here.
