"Final 2 days back in Riga"

Great service again from start to finish. Despite the hotel being used as the main hotel for the Baltic Karate competition, it didnt seem over crowded or too busy at any time. The Front of House staff again were helpful, friendly and chatting. The room was a good size, clean and tidy, as was the bathroom. There was plenty choice for Breakfast, hot and cold and the bar staff were very chatty and entertaining. 10/10

Great service from start to finish. I arrived early after my flight but was checked in on arrival. Front of House staff (Olga) was very helpful, friendly and chatting. The room was a good size, clean and tidy, as was the bathroom. There was plenty choice for Breakfast, hot and cold and the bar staff were very chatty and entertaining. 10/10

Excellent value hotel on edge of city centre across from a large park. There are regular trams into Old Town and City Centre with stop just outside hotel. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms and whole hotel were clean and modern.

"Party on the same floor..."

Very loud Hotel, party on the same floor. Bedding had blood lines and overall not good. I checked out after a fire alarm started from this party.

We have stayed in several hotels in Riga on our visits. This was farther from Old Riga, but gave us a chance to ride the Tram, which was very easy to navigate (masks required at this time on public transportation only). The hotel is beautiful, nice size rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. The restaurant was good, food was good with several choices, and a nice bar. Would definitely stay here again.
