Clean place, with helpful staff. Has a glass lifts to see the Riga from. Which was very nice .

Excellent staff, easy check-in process, rooms are clean and of good size, comfortable bed.

Lovely comfortable hotel. I have stayed here twice and both times it has been a pleasure. The staff are polite and the breakfast is very nice with a wide range to choose from. The menu for lunch/ Dinner is limited but very nice and average price is around €15.

Super service for this kind of price. There was little problem with finding a free parking place but we managed to find good place after little waiting time.

We had very good stay. Staffs were helpful and kind. Parking was free and the hotel has electric vehicle charging station. Moreover the hotel has tasty breakfast. Location is good.

Hotel is located on the other side of the river Daugava looking from the city center, but not too far and provides good connection by trams and buses. In general my room was OK, except the shower in the bathroom that definitely requires deep cleaning at the bottom line. Black sediments and mud is not what guests would expect to see in the shower at 4.5* hotel. As well housekeeping service requires improvements. Looks that there is no quality control system in place. My room was cleaned carelessly, bathrooms sink and shelf above it wasn't touched at all and shower jelly and liquid soap wasn't filled up despite both were empty (and almost empty already when I checked-in, looks there is no full housekeeping before new guest arrives). As well bed was made unprofessionally. At least breakfast buffet was good with rich selection of different salads, hot dishes, some sweets and drinks.

Good choice for business trip - large parking, nice service, tasty breakfest.

Tilava huone ja hyvät näköalat. Hyvä aamupala, mutta pitäisi olla myös isompia teekuppeja. Hyvä parkki autolle ja hyvät yhteydet keskustaan. Bidee. Ilmastointi tehoton, koska sijoitettu eteiseen.
