"Very disappointed"

Dirty stains on sheets and pillowcases. Spider infestation I asked to relocate and they said no room but parking lot was empty

The hallway smelt like pee and we’re very dirty not a good thing to want to smell the room didn’t smell clean either

"Don’t do it or change management to clean this place up."

The young lady working understood how upset I was and took care of situation.

Everything, mold in bathroom, people using drugs outside of the room I was assigned. Horrible! I checked in and less than 5 mins later checked out.

Staff is always easy to work with and efficient. Never a problem getting fresh towels or working out the details of a reservation with front desk.

Recent remodeling created some noise and dust. But we felt it was acceptable. Making a nicer hotel!
