Absolutely nothing

I arrived after a 27 hour travel day for my 2 night booking. The lady in reception asks me if I have a booking for that night and I explain to her that’s a two night booking and she says ‘your booking has been cancelled’. Apparently the hotel had to be closed due to ongoing renovation. I had no communication to let me know about the cancellation. No email, no call, nothing. They were throwing people out who were already staying there. No compensation. No apology. NEVER STAY AT THAT HOTEL. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR GUESTS!!!!!

Its under construction so its noisy during the day and the pool isn't usable. The service is good and rooms were clean .

I liked how cold and comfortable the room was. Great bed, pillows, and AC. After reading the reviews I was a little scared, but you really have to go into it with an open mind and just hope for the best. Is really not that bad, in my experience, it does the job. I would recommend it if you are not spending a lot of time in the hotel itself, but you still want to sleep nice and comfortable. You rlly can’t hear the construction people, specially at night. They are there in the morning but me personally (and my family) did not have a problem with the noise— and we were literally on the first floor facing the construction.

I didn’t like, although I understand, how ugly it looked on the outside due to the hotel being under construction. Also in my parents room the bathtub was a little clogged. The ceilings and furniture were very worn and cracked. The place wasn’t spotless clean but it wasn’t that bad either. There were a bunch of construction people during the day but none at night. There is no pool (me personally I didn’t mind it). There is a little gym. The breakfast is grab and go (it’s a brown bag with a biscuit with egg cheese and sausage, orange juice, a blueberry muffin, and a fruit) not too bad but is not a great breakfast either. They are doing their best with what they have. They will charge you $50 for a damage deposit that supposedly they will give you back if nothing is damaged ( I didn’t rlly like that). I do think is a little expensive for how little it has to offer, but we pretty much were close to everywhere we wanted to go during our stay.

I love that Pace Hotel is right by many different restaurants! The parking is accessible the only thing I dislike is the complimentary breakfast I thought they would change up the menu for each day

Location was very convenient.

It was a construction zone. Major renovations in and out.

The property was horrible it looked abandoned, the furniture was worn out no breakfast lunch or dinner was not aware of any of these things before hand

Desk staff at check in very friendly. The bed is comfortable.

My room had roaches; because i only stayed one night for a baby shower the previous day i just gathered my things and left. No reason to change rooms if the building has them. I wish i could have gotten my money back or atleast part of it. Room didn’t look to clean either but that’s not a big deal since i clean my rooms upon arrival . But it is what it is.
