Your worker at the front desk on Saturday called me a mother fucked because she said our kids were being loud at 8 pm and laughing in the hallway. I asked her what time the quiet began and she said it didn’t matter. I said well it’s 10 I saw it and we will deal with them if the issues continue and she demanded we do it now. Told her I didn’t like her attitude and would be calling corporate so she called the cops on me for not being cooperative m.

Room was nice and clean and comfortable

The pool was closed without any acknowledgment.For the guests specifically paid extra for that hotel instead of a cheaper hotel.Because we needed a pool and never got to swim.The pool was closed the whole time.Also, the breakfast was not cooked fully.The potatoes were cold and not done all the way.Through same with the sausage, it was pink

Staff was friendly, breakfast was great, bed was comfy.

Door had issues trying to unlock

Check-in lady was fantastic - made you truly feel at home Room in good condition with comfortable beds. Excellent shower and bath products (Dove without strong scent). Felt nicer than local Hampton Inn. Only disappointment was seeing carpeting as it feels less clean to me but that’s a personal preference. Will stay again the next time I’m in town.

Facilities was overall pretty good. Breakfast was good. Issue was over room cleanliness. Had an odor and could dirt and grime throughout.

Could have been cleaner. Looks like it was done quickly and not throughly.
