"Best Holiday inn!"

So clean, and the workers day and night were absolutely wonderful. There was a younger woman that helped us when we got there Saturday and moved our rooms around so my family was in a connected room. Then when we got back from the wedding there was such a pleasant young man at the counter that was kind and helpful as well. Breakfast was great, pool was clean and nice. Everything was 10 out of 10.

A typical Holiday Inn Express. There was limited staff. A coupIe of times I had to find someone -- to unlock the pool, even though it was posted as being open; to check out. Good coffee

They have a lot of room grass they could turn into gravel for all the constructive workers trucks and trailers

Nice pool lobby continental breakfast area nice

Seems like 60% of the guest are construction workers and trucks and trailers. They have more than enough room to make a gravel parking lot for them.

Facilities

Check in staff was downright rude! Even with a confirmation number, she said I didn't have a reservation. I was in town for my mom's funeral and clearly exhausted. She literally rolled her eyes and snapped, "I don't know what to tell you". There's NO (last name) in the system. I was near tears when she discovered that booking.com had listed my last name as my first. No apology or anything. She should NOT be in the "hospitality" business! The hotel/room itself was fine.
