Best Western Helena - Capitol Hotel

The property is well maintained. Breakfast choices were good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The facility is pet friendly but there was no place to take your dog to go to the bathroom.

Good beds, clean, nice breakfast

Wrong night selected. Booking says it’s my fault, the hotel’s says it’s the third party’s fault. Because no one can help me. So the room sits empty tonight. And I’m out over $350 bucks

I’m a picky eater and I did not care for much of the food that was offered. I liked the banana bread.

Part of hotel had been flooded.our breakfast was more of a continental style.poor donuts, poor frozen burritos.

Breakfast was not good. Never did get the remote to work for the tv.was told a tech person was going to check into what was wrong. That didnt happen while we where there.

Clean, good location

The restaurant was closed for renovations. This should have been disclosed when making the reservation, not after I arrived and paid. One of the main reasons I selected the hotel was the claimed hot breakfast and location.

I booked a room that was supposed to have a king and queen bed. Plus a fold out couch. When we got there. There was only a king bed and a couch. The hotel was loaded and didn’t have anymore rooms available. But the staff got us a roll away bed which helped.
