camere molto rumorose, al 5 piano sembrava di essere per strada nonostante le finestre chiuse, arredamento abbastanza vecchio, in camera da letto non c’è nessun armadio, parcheggio (a pagamento 35$ a notte) con tetto basso (la nostra macchina entrava a filo solo in una parte del garage) ed era sempre allagato con conseguente odore sgradevole,

There was a snafu about the booking dates. We had booked it in 2024 for 2025, however, the hotel booked us for 2024 and marked us as a no-show. I called hotels.com where we booked, and they straightened everything out for us. We were allowed to put our luggage in a safe room to be picked up before our flight, which we really appreciated. But the staff could be a little bit more friendly when hotel guest were entering and leaving the hotel.

Przez te wszystkie lata korzystania z booking.com pierwszy raz pisze negatywną opinie o hotelu i to jeszcze na Hawajach. Zdjęcia przedstawione na booking.com są zretuszowane. Hotel jest stary. Przez 10 dni pobytu ani razu nie był sprzątany. Przez cały okres nie były wymieniane ręczniki. Prysznic był popsuty. Zgłoszenie tego nic nie dało. W recepcji pracujący tam ludzie siedzieli tam jakby za karę. Śmieci trzeba było samemu wynosić, a jak idziesz na recepcje po worki na śmieci to z łaską ci je wydają. Jedyną zaletą to lokalizacja - ale tu wszystkie hotele na Waikiki mają fajną lokalizację.

Tiki terrace suite great for family time, plenty of space to eat, cook and socialise. Rooms on different floors but near quick lifts. Beach towels and chairs provided.

Rooms cleaned only once a week. Some minor problems took several requests before being fixed. Tiki terrace badly lit, and had to watch children constantly with balcony.

The room had really good facilities and was everything i needed. I could cook, make decent coffee and there was decent wifi, tv and laundry facilities available if required. For the price paid this was a really good stay.

The locality was great Coffee machine good also the Inhouse restaurant was good, beds were very comfortable...

I noticed on booking that dble beds weren't guaranteed, so I requested a large bed...We got two beds in our very tired, sterile looking room...obviously something was lost in translation? Our friend traveling with us had a beautiful room...we felt like we lucked out!

O QUARTO DOS MEUS FILHOS HAVIAM MUITAS BARATAS MAS MUITAS E POR TRES VEZES RECLAMAMOS NA RECEPÇÃO E PEDIMOS PARA TROCAR O QUARTO DELES MAS EM TODAS O HOTEL DIZIA QUE ESTAVA CHEIO E SEM QUARTOS ,E TIVEMOS QUE FICAR UMA SEMANA DESSA FORMA E NEM UM PEDIDO DE DESCULPAS FOI FEITO .
