The stay was okay. The beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, we had a baby next door that did not want to sleep, but that isn't the property owner's fault. However, there were elevator issues, a broken drawer, and the hair dryer did not work.

THE HOTEL RECEPTIONIST GAVE ME THE WORST ROOM EVER THE CURTAINS WERE DIRTY. THE ROOM SMELLED LIKE MOLD I COULD BARELY BREATHE. THE BREAKFEAST WAS HORRIBLE AND TASTED POORLY… THE AC HAD DIRT ON IT DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS WITH YOUR MONEY THIS HOTEL WAS THE WORST I HAVE BEEN IN SO FAR

"Gross, unfriendly, and difficult:("

The guy helping me check in would not take a debit card and when I asked why he just said the machine wouldn’t take it and it didn’t. He told me that only a credit card would work and thankfully I had one. The rooms had a very weird smell and my friends covers had yellow stains on it. The carpet was sticky and gross. The walls of the bathroom also looked gross and the ac had what looked like to be mold. They were not very friendly at all. My sister who came in a day later at 2am couldn’t stay there because they didn’t take debit cards. We were NEVER told beforehand that they only took credit cards.

"Nasty, dirty room"

This has to be one the nastiest hotels I have ever had to stay in. There was mold on the walls of the bathroom, the walls looked like they have never been cleaned or wiped down. There were nasty stains on the sheets. There was women's hair in the bathtub, and the drained was plugged with hair. The hair dryer was very dirty, the phone had something spilled on it and dried. I could go on and on. We were getting in very late every night so we were only there for a couple of hours each night or we would have left. The parking lot was sketchy with people using the parking lot to party at night and had loud radios until 3am.

I booked the wrong night. They wouldn’t work with me. I asked for a refund or to reschedule. They simple took the money and said NO. It’s likely the hotel has made simple mistakes before and wanted. Most people aren’t that harsh. These are the facts. Rejecting this review is in bad faith.
