"Lost a longtime customer due to employee opening our door with do not disturb sign hanging on iy"

We stay here often but will no longer

One of the girls that work behind the desk OPENED OUR DOOR !!!! Deadbolt was engaged. DO NOT DISTURB sign was hanging on our door handle! Luckily my husband was almost at the door when she opened it and I was awoken by the whole thing! WHAT ON EARTH WAS SHE DOING OPENING OUR DOOR WITH DO NOT DISTURB SIGN ON IT ? That was mighty dangerous for her to be doing!!!!!
