The hotel is very clean. Cleaning staffs are hardworking and helpful. Thanks

AC was not powerful enough. Blankets are not warm enough to cope with the cold room. Maybe it is because of the outside temperature, not the room.

"Stay was short and what we needed to nap until we could finish our drive home I would not suggest it for long stays pret"

It was a quick cheap stay

A lot of sketchy people and drug addicts a man beat his wife for a few hours while we were there and the hotel staff did nothing after addressing it

"Exceptional"

It was neat and clean. Nice hotel.

Only complaint is we needed silverware and tried to find some but there was none so we had to go across the street and buy some.

"Safe, clean, exceptional staff, and good area - great value for the price."

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Area felt very safe and room and common areas (lobby, breakfast area, etc.) were kept very clean.

Entrance for wheelchair accessibility a little difficult. Would be nice if there was a handicap button to open the entry doors.
