Convenient location

Odd, unappealing smell, assuming cleaning products. Very humid indoors even with air conditioner. Dark grouting around bathroom floor tiles and walls showing cracks.

Kids at breakfast were allowed with out socks and shoes. One guest was allowed access to breakfast without a shirt........ Elevator broke down......

"Comfort Inn Mt Airy is dated and worn looking"

My husband and I stayed here from the 17th of April 2026 till the 19th we have stayed here many times in the past last stay before this was in April of 24..This hotel is showing its age .The elevator makes a lot of noise like it is going to break also the room we were first given had a broken refrigerator so we were moved to another room.This hotel needs new carpets and the bathrooms need updating they are small and looking old especially the showers.Also noise level is high.The staff are nice they only clean the rooms once for a two day stay I am assuming this is because they do not have enough help.A 2 star hotel at best.
