Staff was awful. Room was double booked. Room was disgusting. 2nd floor wreaks. No amenities. I would rather sleep in my car than sleep here.

"I would like a refund as this stay was far less than the expectations I would have for a stay"

Stain on mattress so had to sleep in chair, staff knew about stain in tub but didn't address it prior. When I asked about compensation they said that they can't do anything and booking would have to clear up their mistake.

Very polite staff

There was no fruit, milk, butter, syrup or waffle mix. We plus other guests were not happy. We had hoped to eat quickly and get on the road.This did not happen.
