The ladies changing rooms for pool required some work as they were quite tatty.

No space in car park.on arrival. Poor standatd of cleanliness. Corridors from lift to pur room on 2 nd floor were dirty, needed hoovering. Sign inside lift had a screw missing.lift floor was dirty.carpets were threadbare. Window vents were covered in cobwebs .spa facilities were not impressiive . Steam room wasnt working.dirty.locker keys didnt work and bands were broken. Changing room just a curtain and a plastic chair.fluff and dust on skirting in changing room .all on all needs a complete re vamp of upstairs.its very tired and needs some TLC. we were so disappointed with our stay at Scotlands Spa Hotel. We never used the facilties on our second day which we normally would do .

Room was lovely although could have had a deeper clean. Shower needs a good clean along the base of the doors. Walls need a bit of a clean. There were various rooms along the corridors which were full of tables and sofas but nothing else. Washing basket was in one corner. Said it was a games room???
