Unfreundliches Personal und nicht ausreichend Parkplätze. Wir mussten weiter weg parken und haben bereits beim check-in einen Strafzettel riskiert. Der Frühstücksraum war überfüllt und das Essen im Bereich von "ok". Ein Fahrstuhl funktionierte gar nicht, der andere ging nur bis zum zweiten Stock. Daher war es mit langen Gängen und einer steilen Treppe mühevoll, das Zimmer im dritten Stock zu erreichen!

The property is a bit dated and could do with a spruce up.
GBNice size room, good breakfast, clean room. Lovely little garden area and outside eating area. Staff always pleasant and helpful in this hotel. We will be back
There could be a few more seats out in the little back garden. Be great if you could crack the toaster issue. One round of toasting, bread barely toasted. Put bread through twice, burnt toast.

No restaurant for dinner
GBRoom was well equipped though a little tired. Decent size TV & well placed for if the weathers bad. Toiletries from "Highland Soap"... always a plus.
No fridge in room. If you wanted a meal other than breakfast you have to go to the Fishers hotel. (5 min walk). Had 1 meal there and it was very poor compared to the other restaurants / hotels in Pitlochry.
