"Bad, never will return to that hotel . The lady at the desk should not work in hospitality"

Very rude, sarcastic lady at the desk. In reidsville nc. We actually left and did not even stay . I wanted to bring my service dog and she was condescending , rude , mouthy . And after I said I didn’t want to stay she booked me anyway.

Location was great, pool was nice and clean, room was big and cozy with good appliances

Bedding could use updating, flat pillows and not the most comfortable bed .

When my family checked, Sarah was amazing. She greeted us with a smile and the customer service she provided was top notch. The breakfast was phenomenal! I will be visiting Reidsville often and I will stay here every time. Thank you for making my families experience so nice and comfortable while we were going through a hard time with the passing of my mother. I won’t forget what you did for us.
