Staff was very nice

The sink water barely came out needed more pressure

I was in town for business and I wanted to be close to my travel site. The staff was very friendly checking in and out. The only issue was there were a few spots on the rug where someone had spilled something but nothing major, and they had not finished painting the bathroom door. But to have a comfortable and quiet place to stay the night before my meeting was worth it.

The pool was closed

The area was nice & quiet with easy access to the interstate. The included breakfast was wonderful & they had a nice variety of things. The staff were very nice & helpful.

My favorite part was the staff. Everyone, and I mean everyone, was friendly, had a smile on their face, and helpful. I enjoyed interacting with them on a daily basis. This next one is odd, i loved their showerhead. There was a setting that rained down a storm, like being under a waterfall. So good. The breakfast was pretty good as well. There was a good selection to choose from. Cereals, oatmeal with some mix-ins, fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, bacon sausage, turkey sausage, potatoes, toast English muffins, muffins, pancakes, biscuits, gravy...well, you get the picture.

Simply because of the time of year we were there, the pool was not open yet. As the pool is outdoors, they had uncovered it but still had to clean and prep it for use. We completely understand, but it would have been nice.

Ice machine only works on first floor the other 2 floors it didn't work and also the latch that secured the door was very hanging on and it seems when they know that you make reservations by a 3 rd party they put you in the worst location like next to interstate or elevator that put us on the 3 rd floor next to interstate when they could of put us on the opposite side because they only had 10 rooms rented out

Very nice and friendly people. Our door would not lock so they sort of fixed it to our satisfaction but offered to move us. Always a nice greeting. Sarah particularly helpful.
