Quality Inn Des Moines North

Location was good. Staff was friendly enough. Quiet at night.

Housekeeping staff was SUPER LOUD in the morning - yelling at each other in the hallways starting a little before 7am each morning. Cleaning was not a priority though. Little was cleaned in the rooms. Quite sure the room had bed bugs due to rash my wife has after 3 night stay and observing the mattress. Found a mousetrap behind the bed when taking a look at the mattress this morning.

Rooms were clean, new carpet, clean linens, fluffy pillows, good customer service. Showers were clean. Fridge and microwave worked and were clean and good sized.

The pool had setiment on the bottom and you could see foot prints in it. Pool area needed a good cleaning, the floors were dirty. Milk was sour at breakfast. Location is confusing to get too.

Room 107 needs work on shower drain and tub to shower control knob.

Every staff member was very helpful, and professional.

had to have staff open my room door everytime i left and came back cause the card reader on door was broke. would not give me a different room or a discount.

We were overcharged with pet fee. Room was not clean. Outside lawn not mowed. Inadequate breakfast, and no one at front desk to help.
