Holiday Inn Express Fort Wayne - East - New Haven by IHG

They cancelled my reservation with out notification and there were no more rooms in a 2 hr radius Holiday inn was my go to hotel never again

The room was very clean and comfortable bed. The person work the front desk both day and night shift was very respectful and polite. They carried themselves with professionalism. Breakfast was good and hot my kids loved it and had great verity. Pool was clean. Only issue was the jets for the hot tub seat that are built into to pool didn't work.

The location was great.

Breakfast was non existent, bedding was itchy. Beds weren't comfortable. I booked for queen room and they were full size beds🙁

I did not stay there.

Booking.com defaulted to a standard room when I requested a 2 queen room. This is unacceptable. I expect a refund on this booking as there were people that rented it as we were leaving. They had posted a no vacancy sign and the clerk even told me that was the last room available. So in accordance to the law that room is required to be refunded as it cannot be rented twice in 24 hours. Booking.com has been my go to booking agent but lately seems not to be providing good service.

Receptionist said room on quiet side away from highway. Clearly an idiot, was on highway side, couldnt sleep all night so noisy. Also bathroom tiles all heaved and cracked. Dangerous and dirty. Disgusting.

Beds were VERY high and hard to get in/out

Facilities were clean. We slept good. Would stay again.

King size room with a sofa bed. Updated with comfy bed and pillows. Quiet safe area convenient. Lobby has charging stations, seating area to use. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Had an issue with my bill and it was resolved immediately.
