Holiday Inn Express Fort Wayne - East - New Haven by IHG

Family and I stayed due to our ac being out. Very happy to have a nice and cool room, warm shower and comfortable bed. My kiddo loved the pool which was maintained and a nice temperature

The staff were all friendly & accommodating. We had to ask for sheets & blankets for the pull out couch even though we listed kids were staying with us. Breakfast was hot & staff quick to keep everything stocked. The pool was nice but other guests kids were not being monitored by their parents & were getting loud, obnoxious, & unruly. So we got out & didn't get to enjoy the pool as much as we would've liked. I understand that staff dont have control over guests but maybe there could be something that could help with this.

Wonder staff, clean rooms, good breakfast. I would definitely stay there again. I was getting my truck repaired at freightliner and they even helped with a later checkout.

Fluffy pillows, kind service, clean rooms and hot breakfast. Can’t ask for much more than that! Kathy was a helpful receptionist.

Great service. Even got a free room upgrade. Room was clean and breakfast was decent. Great location not far from any major activities in the city.

Several other hotels near each other and seems pretty safe

Our origin room had flaws and we were taken to a second room that was missing a chair and the desk lamp would not light. We were told they would send someone to fix both and the someone never came. We asked for at least another lamp. Again we were told someone would bring it and someone never showed.
