"It was a beautiful room with great accommodations and ocean views."

It was right on the beach and at check our side ocean view room was exchanged to a full ocean view room that became available and that was greatly appreciated. The views were beautiful.

The parking situation. We wanted to go out after dinner but we were afraid we’d lose our handicap space. The parking lot was full and my husband can’t walk far. We stayed at the hotel instead.

"Don't pay more for the wrong balcony room"

Beach access.

If you want the balcony seaside roommate sure it is on the 5th or 6th floor, or on the 4th floor not where the roof of the dining area obscures your view of the beach and water. Our room view was just of the water and roof of the dining area. Not worth the extra $$ in my opinion. See pictures. The glass front in the dining area roof mentioned above. Also, there wasn't free parking at the hotel. The good: Great friendly staff, they gave us a later check out!

"Overall the hotel was clean, smells damp & the breakfast was horrible."

It was directly on the beach & the room was clean. We enjoyed the cookies.

The hotel smells damp! The breakfast was horrible. You shouldn’t be charging for breakfast that would be free at a 2 star hotel. The food should be freshly cooked to order for the price we paid.
