The service for food was really bad had to return dinner as they put sauce on it when I asked for sauce on the side. Had to wait nearly an hour to order dessert in the bar as restaurant was too busy. Went for breakfast at 10.30 and hardly anything left finishing time was 11am. Room was nice and very comfortable, very nice man checked us in he was very friendly and welcoming. Bar comfortable and had nice live music, although they ran out of 2 of the lagers my husband was drinking.

Very grand appearance but has a lot of warmth. Rooms are in process of being updated but clean, spacious and comfortable. Well stocked tea tray with kettle in room. Spacious updated bathroom. Love the mouldings, chandeliers, decorative railings - lovely. Bar is gorgeous and staff is friendly. Would stay again and recommend.

Lovely overnight to end our stay in Ireland. Great service, comfort, and breakfast!!

We enjoyed delicious breakfasts. Each day we used the pool and hot tub. Sitting by the lobby fireplace was relaxing. Our room needed painting and the rug had a few stains but that did not diminish our relaxing stay.

Great staff, especially Thomas and Conor at front desk.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! I was very warmly welcomed by a young gentleman at reception who was very helpful and willing extremely friendly. I had dinner in the bar which was very good. The lady who was working that night was very efficient and once again very friendly. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The service was great and the rooms were clean. Wish the pool was open longer for families to utilize but overall it was a great place to stay.

The staff were all very happy and nice. Pool and dressing rooms were immaculate and would stay again.
