It’s clean Friendly staff

The room is really very narrow, you can barely find a space for luggage No iron (common laundry area like hostels 6 No kettle for making tea or coffee The soundproofing is terrible if u are shallow sleeper like myself; u can hear the other rooms’ doors closing As value for money it’s overpriced Most rooms with common bathroom

"Very comfortable and safe stay for a single woman traveling solo"

Really great place to spend the night before an Alaskan cruise if leaving from Vancouver. This was a safe hotel for a single woman traveler, and it was clean and comfortable. I slept well, and it was located near a coffee place, some restaurants and a 7-11 on a corner nearby. I chose the room with the private bathroom, but having a microwave available in the shared kitchen was a real plus. The staff at the desk were very helpful, and the lobby was a comfortable place to wait if you need to check out before it's time to board a cruise ship, which is what I did. I highly recommend this hotel.
