"Excellent hotel service"

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at hotel Willo and was impressed by every aspect of my experience. The location was excellent, and one of the highlights was the incredible view overlooking the stadium for FIFA world cup 2026. Staying on the 10th floor gave me a spectacular vantage point, especially in the evenings. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I particularly appreciated having access to the kitchen facilities, which made my stay even more convenient and enjoyable during my two days. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was welcoming and relaxing. The staff provided excellent service, and the reception team was always friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Onella, who was exceptionally warm, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Overall, the hotel offered great value, excellent amenities, beautiful views, and outstanding customer service. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location was very good and close to many restaurants. The room looked renovated. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were umbrellas available when we went out

The price did not include breakfast. There was coffee and tea and water available near the lobby.

"Could not have been more pleased"

This is a great place to stay; not only does it support a greater cause as a social enterprise but the rooms are always clean, quiet, and comfortable. I wish there was a Hotel Willo in every city and I hope that it remains an affordable option in Vancouver as it is in an increasingly unaffordable city!

Perfect location for going to an event. Quiet rooms and very clean.

Our premium room was a wee bit small. Bathroom sink is in the bedroom. Doors to nearby rooms very loud when closing A sounds like it’s your own room.
