The location is great if you are going to an event . The price was significantly higher then I have paid previously

The parking situation is difficult but that is like most of Vancouver it is unfortunate that the hotel doesn’t have parking

"all good except the room."

No breakfast provided. Room is too tiny - This is the first time I see such a small room, washroom too small.
