"Good"

We stayed in room 124 as one of us is handicapped and we need the walk-in shower. Taking a shower caused a small flood in the bathroom. The shower floor is not sloped enough, so the bathroom floor becomes very wet almost across to the sink. Easy to slip and fall. We had to get extra towels to block the water. Also, the bathroom door will not fully shut. It is too wide. We won’t stay there again.

"Wonderful Staff, Frightening Accomodations"

Staff was amazing. Helpful and responsive to any and all requests. The room we had definitely had 'partiers' before us; empty condom boxes, stains on the couch cushions, and a used syringe were found in the bedside drawer. While you can't stop guests from certain activities, cleaning up after them would be appreciated. We are not uploading pictures but do have them should management have any concerns.

Location was great. Fridge in room was a great size for items we needed to put in it.

Beds were awful and hard. Stayed on 2nd floor and lots of stomping from upstairs guests and could hear it quite a bit.

The sheets were wonderful!

I felt like I walked into a prison. Absolutely NO decor! No lobby seating area; nothing on the walls in dining and lobby except a clock. The pool area had no plants or decor of any kind. The room had some decor but was not professional. Literally felt like I was in a Motel 6. The market store was very skimp. I was VERY disappointed! Pd $350 for the night…so very overpriced!

The city it's located in

Pool is old, but clean, bathroom weird and the shower makes floor very slippery. The room smelled molding. They double charged me, they did fix it, but I had to ask multiple times. Room service, that they don't even do, left a condescending note under my pillow. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We had an amazing experience at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Stillwater, MN. The staff was welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made our stay so enjoyable. The breakfast had great options with fresh coffee to start the day, and we loved the cookies that were always ready in the lobby, it was such a nice touch! We would definitely stay here again.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, everything was amazing!

"Decent hotel "

Front desk team was very friendly and accommodating. One thing of note, there is NOT a gym in the hotel. They partner with anytime fitness which is a 3 min drive. Anytime was awesome but if you don’t have a car obviously would be a minor inconvenience. Rooms are ok. Not many creature comforts but that is this brand. Not a slam against the hotel. But you get what you pay for.
