"Pay but no stay"

We didn’t get to stay but yet had to pay for 2 nights .. I could not get in contact with a real person to cancel our stay… always a recording that would tell me it couldn’t help me

The aisles had a smell that the best way * can describe it, dirty socks. On top of that the maintenance team was doing renovation next door and I couldn't take a nap. I did let know management.

"Quick stay but quiet and relaxing"

Breakfast was great, room was quiet, bed wasn’t fantastic but it’s really tough to beat the mattress I’m used to at home. Linens were clean and soft and exactly what was needed on a hot summer night with the a/c blasting. Downside was that I had two extra charges on my card that I had to call to have fixed. Either way we’ll be staying here again.
