Always a welcome from the Reception staff. Stayed here many times - feels so homely.

I think the Hotel needs to be mindful of the slippery bridge and pathway at the pool area.

Clean, friendly staff, close to beach and restaurants

The absolutely most expensive hotel in my 5 week travelling Queensland - was not worth it. The room very humid and everything was damp. Rustic decor, aged look. The kitchen was lacking if you wanted to cook.

The apartment was very spacious , great shower water pressure ,amazing king bed ,with the smoothest linens ,staff was friendly from reception to cleaning lady.Parking on site was a bonus , so close to everything

Bit of stuffy smell in the room but went away after having all windows open
