Liked that I was able to get another room after my ac/heater wasn’t working in our original room. The maintenance guy on duty came up, troubleshot it and determined he needed to replace it. He did so in a pretty decent time frame but…., it didn’t heat either. “Moral” of this comment….see 1st sentence….we got another room right across the hall and the rest of the night (it was almost midnight by then) went well.

See above comment. Trouble with ax/heater…twice.
