The rooms smelled like cigarettes really bad, as soon as I got there to check in the lady gave me a hard time because supposedly we had not pre paid the room when it was clearly pre paid when we had received an email with the receipt and wouldn’t let me check in, i left and then she called my husband not even 5minutes later saying I could check in, after she gave the key to my room , I went to my room and unlocked the door and there was a person already staying in that room with suitcase inside and clothes on the floor someone clearly was staying there. Awful service after i told the girl she didn’t even apologize for this mistake and this just made our overall experience staying there awful because I was scared she would make the same mistake but with our room. Horrible experience

Staff was amazing, went above and beyond.

It’s wasn’t as clean as I’m use too. I’ve booked here before several times and the room I was in last wasn’t clean but I had to make do seeing as though I was coming from out of town.
