There’s no hot water in the shower. Couldn’t shower the decor wasn’t value for money definitely a huge over charge.

No Soap or Shower Gel Heater did not work Very noisy other guest which Echoed into our unit 10 year anniversary ruined due to constant noise 🫨

The view and the Room it self

Bathroom ceiling was leaking

the big screen tv , and the cleanliness . also the fact that they have an ironing board and the iron in the room is very good ,they also put like 500ml of fresh milk in the fridge I really liked that ,very thoughtful .

the room I booked was a deluxe room , yet it was so small inside . the shower and gowns were extremely small ,really made me feel like the fattest person in the world . to make matters worse the deluxe room unit b I was in , did not have an a/c [air conditioning] In that hot weather , no fan or whatsoever. they can also improve on the coffee they offer in the rooms , putting dry ricoffee in there is so disappointing to real coffee lovers like myself ,at least put sachet with two options .

The view!!! The amenities, location and the TV in the room was amazing we had a movie night just to end the night off because how could we not !!

There’s not one single complaint on my side

Everything about the place was perfect. The place is beautiful, nice and quiet for relaxing. It had all the facilities, it felt like home away from home. The jacuzzi was the highlight of my stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended it by an extra day. I will definitely be going back.
