We were really happy with the hospitality of the staff We were also really happy with the amazing views and brilliant scenery from the balcony

Unfortunately, we were not able to use the jacuzzi due to the constant power outages that occurred. We also left a day early (9th) as we realised we won't be able to use all the facilities of the property. We do, however, look forward to coming back again once the power outage situation it taken care of

The view of the guesthouse outside is beautiful. Their lawn at the outdoor pool site is green with a spongey feel, very pleasant to walk in. I also like the trampoline, nice to jump on and bring out the kid in me lol. The staff were friendly and helpful. The gowns and the electric blanket to keep us warm was much appreciated because it was chilly especially in the afternoon and night.

I felt cheated with the room i chose because the main reason for choosing it was the private Jacuzzi but it wasn't working, definitely not value for money😔. A lot of excuses and the efforts in trying to fix it didn't cut it for me because it was part of the package. The interruptions were irritating . We had to go to a communal jacuzzi outside and my partner and I were so dissapointed, worse it was raining. The bathroom was also too small to cater for 2 because just brushing teeth in that one small basin was a mission😏. The basin and toilet are just too close for comfort. The sink in our kitchen didn't have hot water, so rinsing anything with oil was pointless because its a self catering unit. We checked in on Sunday and the wifi connection was good, however from Monday afternoon until we checked out on Tuesday it was off and the response was excuses. Then another huge disappointment was the surprise that was set up for me on Monday, honestly words cant explain the feeling. They tried with the decorations but that was it with a bottle of Barone. We've paid way less for a birthday surprise in places we've visited before and I found this surprise standard too dissaponting to say the least with the amount we paid.

The Guest house was one big house, and we rented a room within this house. The rest of the house (Other than our room) was clean, comfortable and convenient.

The price and the room. For starters there was no electricity, and this wasn't a freak accident when we enquired the staff working there they told us that the power had been off for 4days. With this information the owner never told us, if we knew the power was out we would have at least came prepared. And then the room, for the price you pay and what you get I'm quite disgusted. The sheets had spots, the bed is in such bad condition we both kept rolling (uncontrollable) into the middle of the bed. The floor was dirty, the shower was clogged and there was an ant nest in the corner by the balcony.
