pleasant staff, however ice machines were all out of service and breakfast options fewer than other Holiday Inn Express facilities visited on this trip. still provided a simple convinent stay.

Property was run down Room was nasty. Had white stains on the carpet your guess is as good as mine on what it was Door had gaps around it and looked very easy to get into without a key

So dirty, LOL. Pubic hair everywhere in the bathroom, and dirty carpet. Lawn is over grown, and hotel looks like it’s closed.

The pool was closed but did not notify me ahead of time! I would of booked a cheaper hotel If I had known ahead of time.

Pool is under renovation, breakfast was lacking, and building is dated

Check in went flawlessly. Great check in personnel. Pool was out of service, ice machines were out of service, room lock wouldn't' lock, (moved to another room immediately). they had cinnamon rolls but not the "Holiday Inn" cinnamon rolls but tasty. no waffle or pancake machine. Just not the "Holiday Inn" breakfast that we are accustomed to. All personnel that we were in contact with were top notch.

Horrible. We booked through a third party sight like Hotwire and prepaid for two rooms for two nights. Showed up to get our keys, and we were told there were no rooms (by desk clerk) 20 minutes later, the manager shows up, and the desk clerk grabs trash bags, soap, shampoo and sheets and starts cleaning rooms. 35 minutes into our wait, the manager tries to get us rooms at the two closest hotels, but our third party site will not talk to him. 54 minutes into our wait, we are given keys to two rooms. The next morning (Saturday) the hot food runs out at breakfast an hour early, but is not replenished. That night, we realize that one of our rooms can not be locked! Yes, the key card makes the light turn from red to blue, but if you turn the handle with or without a key, the door opens. It turns out that the manager KNEW this the first night and did not bother to tell us. It did NOT get fixed for our second night, but we could throw the deadbolt and security lock when inside the room.

Room was good. Bed comfy. A lot of traffic noise from hiway. No ice machines at all. They did have a chest freezer with ice. Staff was super friendly and talkative. Will stay here again.

No AC in the lobby or restaurant area, pool was not open, room phone did not work, no towels, room was dirty with wrappers from previous guest left behind

Shower had no pressure or stopper. The sink stopper could not be lifted. The TV had several problems
