Travelodge by Wyndham Arlington/Dallas Area

Hotel was outdated and claim to have a pool and breakfast. Their pool had a dead rodent and their breakfast was honey buns and orange juice. And not individual orange juice, a jug of juice you pour onto a little cup. The guy working the desk asked if i was ready to check out 3 times. Twice almost right after i checked in.

The staff could use some customer service training! Poor attitude.

We stayed for two days and the whole time the hotel didn't have hot water and had bed bugs I woke up with bites all over me. This hotel should be shut down. It's actually against TX law not to have running hot water in a hotel

The room was nice, but a little cramped as it was a small room with a king sized bed. However, the bed was very comfortable. There is no breakfast, but coffee is available (ONLY n the mornings). Except for one employee, I found the staff to be rude and impatient. Also, a simple maintenance request was never completed during my 3-day booking. In all, my short stay was acceptable for the price paid.

Dry Blood soaked curtains, you get a sheet as your blanket, there are bugs everywhere. EVERYTHING is stained. There is dry blood stains on the walls and by the door handle. The towels are dirty.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the microtel the man in the front seemed very tired but at the end was very polite and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean had a dirty towel in the room but was off in the corner no biggie. The rooms DIDNT have a microwave or refrigerator, but the check in area had a microwave and coffee. The hot tube in the room made up for the missing thing in our room. Over all stay was nice, will be returning especially if a refrigerator is put in.
