Travelodge by Wyndham Arlington/Dallas Area

The room was clean and beds comfortable. The location was great.

The pool wasn't open yet but it's still early in the season. Check in could have been smoother. You have to call a phone number to get staff to the front desk.

I absolutely love this place .. i plan on staying often

I didn't expect much from a Microtel hotel, but was rather disappointed. The front desk very unprofessional looking. Papers scattered around and unfinished looking. Just looked dirty. Upon arrival I was told that there was no breakfast available. Just coffee and orange juice. Even though it was advertised having it available. In the bathroom there were long black hairs on the floor and in the bathtub and sink so clearly it wasn't cleaned properly. I was afraid to walk on the floor in the room because who knows what was on that. At least the bed was clean. Like I said I wasn't expecting much but l at least expect the rooms to be completely cleaned for the next guest.

This hotel is in a “ ducked off “ area .. meaning it’s hidden & the back side of the hotel is very private . I felt safe parking my car & management was very welcoming , he even suggested a nice restaurant to try . This hotel is not fancy BUT the air works very well , hot water works , no bed bugs as far as I could tell & it was quiet .. no grifters . If I visit Arlington again and I want an affordable , safe stay I will be booking here Target is 3 mins away , and so are a ton of restaurants so you don’t have to worry if you need something .

Honestly , this is the definition of you get what you pay for so I’m not upset: I’m graceful I had a place to sleep with my child tonight

I enjoyed that the rooms are interior, puts that more safety on it. Everything is very close by, shopping, eateries, and groceries. It was peaceful, quiet, and the bed was comfy. They made a sun bench along the window, no unused space nice.
