On 7/4/2025 during the night I was bitten by bed bugs very badly. It too another day and instance just to get a room change. And at check out a day earlier because of being bitten, the 24.99 early charge was not waiver. No other compensation was offered and I was very disappointed. I was suppose to have room service on the 4th day, never got it. The shower and toilets need serious updates. Not senior citizens freely or for people with disabilities inside the rooms. I’m usually happy with my stay and I’ve been coming for years but now I will rethink if I ever have to stay again.

Excellent staff. High volume hotel and area, lots of kids. Breakfast was minimal and not enough seating. Proper designated smoking area and nice BBQ gazebo. Decent price. Whirlpool tub was large and comfortable in jacuzzi suite.

I mean why would keep in such a condition? They charge for the room and breakfast, and it was in short time after breakfast open with no food.

"Wash cloth"

The room was never cleaned, and i was there 5 nights. I asked a woman dest clerk for a wash cloth, she acted very weird and was quite rude. She gave me a huge plastic bag, to bring my dirty wash cloths in. I don't appreciate rudeness just for asking for a wash cloth.

Hotel is a bit worn and outdated but good value for money so lots of people wearing stuff out. Quiet area nice and convenient location. Breakfast was minimal and they need a few more seats. Staff was excellent. Very friendly. Small bbq area, away from building. is nice for families or smokers.
