Not the cleanest place they ran out of towels like not one clean available towel in the whole building the toilets didn’t work the beds aren’t that comfortable

My18 month old grandaughter visited our room. Her feet and knees were filthy black from the carpet. It was disturbing to say the very least.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds, will definitely recommend.

Friendly staff, clean room, good bed. TV had a good amount of channels available and the WiFi was very easy to access and was reliable.

The property was as expected. We were not surprised at the lack of cleanliness and outdated rooms because we read the previous reviews. We knew what we were getting into but this hotel had the best ratings within our budget. The room smelled but was ok. The bed was just fine. Half the outlets didnt work but hey! There was a microwave which these days is hit or miss. Breakfast was not great. On Sunday we went down at about 830am and most of the on the go options were gone. The attendant said they had no more juice but the next day the juice was fully stocked. Monday morning while leaving the breakfast options were presented way better but unfortunately we did not get to eat because we had to leave before 6. The staff was friendly and Monday when we left the attendant allowed us to grab coffee and any in the go options that were ready.

did not like that there is no daily room service, linens, pillows are really poor quality, fitted sheets would not stay on mattress and pillows went flat when you laid your head on them. would not offer military or SR citizen discount. will not use this hotel again or recommend
