Was not told there was $15 per day parking fee. We had ants in our room on 3rd floor. The staff was nice but didn’t spray for bugs. They did offer to move us but said nobody had ever complained about the ants. Ants must be in the walls! We saw them throughout our stay! We also saw a pretty big spider as well.

Property is ok. Located adjacent to drive thru restaurants. Each night spent there, horns were honking until late at night at the drive thru lanes. Supplies were low for the inclusive breakfast. Staff was helpful

"First time staying here"

The buffet was excellent! Had asked for an accessible room for someone with limited mobility due to recent major knee surgery. Unfortunately this meant a room with mattress practically on the floor on a platform. Very difficult for a 6’3” person with limited mobility to get down to and up from. Bathroom had a regular tub with handrails instead of walk in shower. In the future if we stay here will just ask for a regular room.

"PASS!! DON’T STAY HERE!!!"

Check in took forever. We requested a first or second floor room and we were put on the 3rd floor. Then we got stuck in the elevator for a good 15 minutes. While stuck in the elevator the power went out several times so it was pitch black! The phone in the elevator to call for help was useless because nobody answered the phone. This is a safety hazard. We had to call 911 for help! The room smelled bad and the mattress was hard as a rock. They had to shut the elevators down after we got stuck so we had to walk up to our 3rd floor room with luggage. Just awful.

"No respect"

There was supposed to be free parking they charged a daily fee for parking when checking in my room realized that this was not the room that I had originally made reservations for the hotel put me in what they had left which was a handicap room that I did not specify that I wanted they charged me for one thing and then gave me something different when I address this situation with the front desk they told me that there was nothing that they could do about it I showed them my reservations and told them there was nothing on my reservations that specified I wanted to stay in a handicap room the bed was very low to the ground and uncomfortable for a person who has me and hip issues getting up every morning was a painful struggle I do not recommend anyone stay at this hotel they do not have any respect for handicap people or for their customers in general.
