Place is conviently located between all the places to explore in Nashville, clean, good breakfast and coffee, staff helpful and friendly.

Overall check in was very slow. I was the only person in line and the employees were in the back chatting and I had to wait nearly 5 min before someone came up to help me. The room was very dirty, mold on the shower curtain and rust spots throughout the bathroom. My expectations weren’t high but there is also a minimum standard.

It was great for my vacation, the area had lots of dining that I could walk to if needed. The room was very nice

Broken lamp, AC did not work, reported to staff, never fixed.

My wife and I stayed overnight for a concert. We needed to check in early and the staff was very accommodating! The room was nice and clean and we would definitely stay here again!

Room was clean, parking is easy, limited food within walking distance, but there are some and lots just a short drive. Breakfast was pretty basic, just eggs and sausage hot, the rest was standard fare. Would definitely stay again for business trips.

Major delay on checking in. Has to wait for 45 minutes while our rooms were cleaned. Front desk clerk was very professional and attentive to rectify asap.

Very nice property, very clean. The only negative was that the shower door was installed backward, meaning the stationery glass shower wall is placed where the shower door should be. One has to get into at the opposite end of the shower stall from the faucet and turn the water on while in the shower. It is cold and can then get too hot if turned too much to hot. No testing of temp. ahead of time.
