This was my first time staying in Nashville and the location was perfect !! Service was excellent and check in and out was a breeze . The room was amazing and so clean and inviting . I’ll definitely be returning here soon

Close enough to things that it didn’t take forever to travel. However, the tv didn’t work, there were bugs and hair in the tub, and mold on the shower curtain.

This was the best cost option for a stay in Nashville for a sporting event downtown (Nissan Stadium). Minutes from downtown, they offer a decent breakfast and an indoor / outdoor pool. The indoor pool is not too big but if you can get there at the right time there is plenty of space. The rooms and hotel in general where kept clean. The only negative about this location is a pet peeve of mine - charging for parking.I can understand the need for this charge for a downtown location where parking is tight but not so much in a location like this.

The staff were simply amazing. They greeted us with so much hospitality. Everyday of our stay they were always so accommodating, welcoming, polite and friendly. I can’t say enough about how we were treated. Definitely a 100 stars and Christmas bonuses

The first hotel I have ever stayed at that charges you for parking in uncovered unsecured lot. This was a big one for me. Staff was great but how charge for parking when I’m a guest and it’s no valet parking that’s just greedy.

The front desk ladies were incredibly nice and helpful. The breakfast selection was ok, not the best. The shower could use new shower heads and spouts.

Decent and fairly clean hotel for the money. Hot tub taken out and rooms seem smaller than comparable properties.

Our first room was an ada room, which was fine. However the beds were extremely loud and squeaky and uncomfortable. One move was noisy like it was a bed spring mattress, without a mattress. The springs could be felt. The bathroom shower flooded the whole bathroom floor and the fan did not work, so the bathroom stayed musty and wet. I talked to the front desk and luckily they switched us rooms. The second room wasn’t cleaned properly, had a substance on the toilet ( see photo). No hand soap for handwashing and the fan also didn’t work. There was trash in the room across from us in the hallway for 3 days! It smelled so disgusting. The beds were in even worse condition than the first room. So firm and springs were penetrating through. There was no pillow in the pillows, they were flatter than a cardboard box.

Room was clean and spacious
