Not worth the money for such a small room, have to get wet with cold water to turn on the shower, had to share 1 TV between two rooms 😒

Great service and nice rooms and facilities

The overall stay was good and met our needs. I attended a 2 day meeting around a mile away from the hotel so the proximity was very good. Check in was pretty seamless, however we were not made aware that parking was not included with booking, check in, or by incidentals. There were signs posted throughout the parking lot, but apparently they are by a 3rd party that collects parking payments throughout the city. Again, no real big deal, but my wife and I were not given any information from booking or check in. The room was very nice and clean, however the bed was a little firm. Overall a good stay

Property beginning to look a little run down and not close restaurants other than fast food types close by.

The property was great, the only thing that put a little damper on our stay was their "indoor" pool wasnt exaxtly indoor. It shares the same pool with the outdoors so the pool water was freezing cold. I booked this hotel thinking we'd get a chance to swim in the cold weather but we were not

The area is clean . Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

I had issues with room after check-in. My room was cold and went to front desk and clerk wasn’t around for 30-40 minutes with customers waiting and others looking for a room. The clerk seem to be acting funny and it wasn’t pleasant at times as a Marriott member. I checked the room thoroughly and lamp by bed was broke, and pillow case had food stains on it. The carpet was terrible and need to be cleaned. The new clerk at 11:00 pm shift was even stunned the other clerk wasn’t around and no one attending the front desk. Thanks to Cora for seeing the notes and addressing it to me. Better service is needed ASAP or have Marriott call me.

The hotel was very clean but the only complaint that I have would the mattress. The mattresses were too hard.
