"Horrible experience"

2.0

Hotel was under construction with hidden fees and horrible customer service. Hotel had no hot water for hours due to “high usage” even though half the hotel was not in use due to construction. WiFi did not work and room heating/cooling was not working either. Front desk showed no concern and did not attempt to provide a solution. Would NOT recommend.
