I cancel my stay when I arribed at the hotel parking, notice the hotel is under a big renovation/construction, a lot of dust, noises,big machinery,hammer banging,drilling, not a place to stay, nobody tell me this when I reserve the night. They don't care and did not return my money.

The only good thing was that my room was clean and comfortable.

The door to the building was not secure. There was nobody at the check in desk for 10 minutes or more when I arrived. I literally could have wondered anywhere in the hotel.

It had a bed

1st--Of all the whole hotel was under construction. 2nd-- The front entrance was blocked off by heavy equipment. 3rd--The makeshift entrance was not clearly marked so we had to call. That took 6min for them to answer the phone. 4th--The side entrance that was closest to our room had water from people leaving the pool. The floor was tile and was very slippery. 5th--(not the hotels fault,just anoying) someone's child pulled the fire alarm and so everyone had to evaluate. 6th--Same children were running up and down the hall ways at 11pm. I called the front desk, but nothing was done. 7th--The heater/air conditioner would not stay on more then 10 minutes and we had to keep restarting it. 8th--The T.V. had no connection/service issues. When we called the front desk we were told that non of the rooms had connection due to the construction. We were able to pull up regular TV but the guide had nothing listed so we had to go channel by channel and wait for the commercial to be over so we could see what was on. We almost went to a new hotel but I had already paid. If I would have known they were under construction, I would have booked with someone else. I don't think I should have to ask if their under construction. They should have been up front and let us know about that and the TV connection. Horrible stay.

Decent location

It was Under renovation, hot water didn’t work well, the dining room had one toaster and one waffle maker, and it was always a line of people there. There was no bathtub. There was no signs or lights at night to even let you know how to get into the building or to the front desk. Did not seem secure from the outside because it was so dark. At check-in, it was one person at the table in process was really slow for checking in and they didn’t even wanna look up my confirmation number and booking itinerary even though I had everything with me so I had to insist they input my confirmation number in manually and that was the only way I was able to check into the hotel because they wanted me to come back in 45 minutes after their system updated. But there was nothing more system. They were just being lazy.

Pool, hot tub, access to luggage caddy when needed.

No tv streaming capability since it was in the middle of construction and moving over from Wyndham to Marriott and the TVs in the rooms were already Marriott and to use them I’d need to be a member even though I booked at a different rewards system hotel. The front desk wasn’t always manned. The internet was wacky and denied my method of payment the first time. I asked her to run it again before using a different payment method and the second time (with no change of input) it went through.
