It was super clean

Pool/spa area were clean and accessible 24 hours. Hotel was quiet and clean. Nice choice of equipment in the weight room.

We were not aware that it was under construction. Better signage would have been helpful to locate where the check-in was located.

the young man at the front desk is extremely rude, everything was under construction and there wasnt hot water in my room. When I reported the hot water, it seemed like he was implying that I was lying because 'no one else had the issue' and he said if it was an issue I'd have to wait an hour or more for the boiler, and i wasnt allowed a refund.. He said I couldnt talk to a manager because they werent in town. He gave me a new room, and i had to move everything myself which was a pain because I had already taken everything out and I had soap and water in my hair, and i was freezing.

The location and the receptionists were great. The breakfast OK. The room was large, clean with a big comfortable bed. THe bathroom was nice and clean too. The parking was safe. The hotel also has a swimming pool (I did not use it, but looked nice)

The hotel is under some massive renovations, almost finished, but my room had a terrible smell (chemical or something else) that kept me awake. I had to keep the window open to allow some fresh air in the room. Unfortunately the hotel is near by the freeway and the noise was pretty loud too. The TV could not connect to the internet and I could not watch anything except an advertise of Marriot hotels...

Thoughtfulness of the staff. Cleanliness of the room and furniture. I like the furniture. I like the layout of the whole apartment, bath and etc.

No points off, I like everything and everything is in working order. I came late to know the thermostat on the wall controls the air, duh, and I'm not sure I figured out the fridge. The cabs for the microwave and fridge a little hard to get into. But as I say no point off.

The tvs not working either not turning on or not working with streaming services. The doors not working on two different occasions requiring the front desk to come up to fix the door lock itself. Pillows had no support. No sheets or blankets for the fold out couch in the suite when we got there. No hot water for the shower on the first night. No room phone directory so I would have to call the front desk using my personal phone.

Even though it was under construction, they were still very friendly, the room was clean, and the 24 hour pool and hot tub were quite nice for the kiddo.
