Ramada by Wyndham Olympia

The room was very clean and everything appeared to be new, I specifically enjoyed the comfortable beds and pillows.

Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my recent stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Olympia location. Upon checking in, I was not informed of several significant issues that severely impacted my stay. Specifically, there was no hot water available and the internet connection was non-functional. Furthermore, the property appeared to be incredibly understaffed, with only one individual handling all responsibilities and no manager on duty to address concerns. To make matters worse, I was subjected to very loud construction noise early in the morning. When I attempted to cancel my remaining stay due to these conditions, I was told that it was too late to do so. Because of this experience, I no longer feel comfortable booking with Ramada in the future.

The hotel is undergoing MASSIVE renovation, I drove around the building twice looking for any signage to indicate that a.) it was an active hotel and b.) where the ‘front desk’ was located.

breakfast was good brewing that its free our room was great. Hotel is under renovation and its pretty run down and in need of this renovation. Staff was amazing very accommodating. Location was perfect but there was better priced hotels near us but decided to stay with family who had already booked her so we could stay together.

we had a suite and I was extremely impressed. Looks like the room we stayed in was just redone. It was spacious and I would book this room again. Can't wait to see this place when its done.

Booking.com charged more and I was not able to cancel that reservation. When I contacted the motel directly, the staff were very helpful and they canceled the booking.com reservation. We rebooked the room for $50 less. I will never use booking.com again or call a phone number on the internet through a booking service. That was even more expensive.

Booking.com overcharged for the room. When I went directly to the motel they were able to give me a fair rate. The facility is under construction. The hot water apparently was having issues. The front entrance is still blocked so it's difficult to find where the registration desk is set up. The hot tub was cool and the pool was hot. An additional discount for the inconveniences would have been nice.

Staff was nice and quiet rooms

I asked ahead of time and got confirmation that one of the beds wouldn’t have any down bedding due to a sensitivity. In addition to having mostly down pillows, the room was super musty and I had trouble breathing. Our shower had a hole for a drain that wasn’t connected to a pipe by 6 inches, so the water was just draining through an open hole to the bathtub below, which I can only hope was unused. We also found items in the closet that were not ours, including a brush, a razor, and two large knives. I wish I could’ve enjoyed the time with my friends at this hotel, but it made me physically ill. I’m extremely disappointed.
