Lobby smelled like mildew and the room had a smell of smelly mop water. The floor felt like it hadn't been swept.

That no one understands ACH and what that is as well as... I was forced to leave and it was paid for.

The room was clean when we got it they have house keeping didn't say anything till your in bathroom door didn't close no toilet paper won't say there any more

"Inconsiderate to guests"

I was charged for each of my 2 kids even though it didn't change anything about the room, we got a room with 2 queen beds which sleeps 4 (me, my husband and my 2 kids) i had already paid online and when i got there they charged me $20-$10 ea for the kids. The room sleeps 4 yet there was only 2 towels, no wash cloths and no toilet paper. i also booked a 2nd room for my sister, who was going to watch my kids while i ran some necessary errands the next morning and they put her in a room on the other side of the building, i asked if they were near eachother and they lady said unfortunately no but they're both on the same floor, no effort in putting us close to eachother since they were booked together by me from my acct ... the pool was dirty, i literally cleaned it MYSELF with MY OWN net because my son really wanted to get in and we were told my sister's guest could not get in the pool unless the were registered with her room which meant we had to pay for them as an extra person, when he wasn't gonna stay the night, he was just visiting her... then we asked for a late check out, just an extra 30 min cuz we just wanted to eat before we left and i had just got back from running the errands i needed to and it was 25min til checkout, well they denied the request! And said we'd be charged another night if we didn't check out on time, every hotel I've EVER been to does a courtesy late check out when requested annnddd they give us an hour yet here they couldn't even give us 30 min SMH
