Great. The view delivers!

Exceeded Expectations! The rooms were modern and clean. The facility had a fantastic view of the valley and a professionally run bar and restaurant. Even at the tale end of the season the staff was helpful, cheerful and we felt welcome. The food was delicious in the restaurant for dinner. We skipped the buffet at breakfast, heading out every day early, but found the lattes and choices at grab and go food acceptable. The shuttle ran every 40 minutes so no need for a car. We would stay again.

Staff was professional and polite. They kept everyone informed of the bear sightings on property. Rooms were clean and I definitely recommend.

We were very pleased with our stay. The room was comfortable and the staff was great. The only disappointment was the time it took for the shuttle to leave the train station to get to the lodge. Every other hotel shuttle was gone long before we left. Maybe due to the large number of people who needed to be checked in.

Excellent! We received a free upgrade to a private cabin on the property. The cabin was first class! Very clean and warm. The cabin had a little deck, which was a nice touch. I’ve been to Denali dozens of times in my life. This was the best overnight experience.

The room was clean and comfortable as was the rest of the property. The shuttle was very helpful to get to the park and the town. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food choices are very limited and expensive, so plan accordingly. The property sits high on a bluff so the views were great, but made walking from the lodge to any where impossible. I found the walls to be very thin. Starting early in the morning, people were clomping around in their hiking boots leaving for various tours. Kind of comes with the territory.

It was excellent. We received a free upgrade to a private cabin by the hotel. First class. Warm inside with a nice little deck.
